“ My wife and I came across La Chiusina while checking recommended restaurants in the Peschiera on Via Michelin. It had unbelievably high ratings, which we join. The restaurant is nestled in the heart of the medieval town of Borghetto, a former miller's village. It's definitely worth planning a walk before your meal. The restaurant offers an a'la carte two- or three-course set menu, as well as tasting menus in both vegetarian and meat versions. The menu is very well thought out and seasonal, as well as local. The dishes surprised us with a wonderful composition of flavors. Plus the excellent service, which helped my wife select local wine by the glass to go with the dishes. It's worth mentioning that the restaurant is located in a medieval building, so part of the floors were glazed and illuminated to show the old walls. “ Went here on my last night in Borghetto, had the tasting menu which was phenomenal. Food was brilliant, had the added on grilled eel which was amazing. The staff were so friendly in particular Sharon who was a brilliant host and made our evening even better. Cannot recommend the place enough. 10/10 worth it!!! ”

“ Exceptional fine dining with attentive service. There are three set menus, and some a la carte. We were recommended the Correneti menu as it had more local dishes. I've attached the menu, each corse was perfect and delicious. Our wine selection was excellent too with the owner making a personal recommendation. Appetisers were stuffed courgette flowers and a small fig pastry. Followed by home marinated local trout. Then tortellini with seafood, probably the best we've tasted. Primi was grilled white fish and desert we had a tirimisu and fruit tart with sorbet. ”
